Our Work Philosophy
Great work with great people.
We believe that in order to do great work, we have to involve great people. Competencies are helpful in identifying and developing talents. Work should encourage connection and choice and be anchored in shared values and goals.
People as adults; people as partners.
We believe that people are professionals and have the capability to reason and choose for themselves. In this premise, as organizational development facilitators and coaches, we collaborate with our clients to co-design solutions that will benefit them and their organization–allowing clients to be the experts of content and information and Welby as the experts of the process.
Curiosity drives creativity.
As a learning company, we highly value curiosity and creativity to guide us and our clients through human-centered design thinking processes. We welcome questions and feedback with open arms and we work best with data- and fact-driven insights.
Culture is ever-evolving.
We believe that culture is dynamic and people and processes are capable of responding and adapting to internal and external forces to remain resilient to changes.
